Introducing The TYPE Plan
Situation At 0400 4/05/15, The President tasked the authors of this document to develop a plan to combat the rising threat of the Z1 virus and the growing plague if victims of the Z1 Virus, who we are now declaring as suffering from Z1, or Z1 Effected Disease Symptomatic Positive or ZEDS+. With unconfirmed reports of panic, looting and even national Guard andlaw enforcement engaging groups of those infected, there is an urgent need to try ad gin some order from the chaos. As of 0400 all 50 states and US territories have declared a State of Emergency and have requested Federal Assistance. The Federal Air Administration as grounded all flights for the first time since September 11th, 2001. The Z1 virus as been reported in all States and territories and it is estimated that 100% exposure to the disease will have been achieved within 26 days. At the time of writing, a National Emergency has been declared, All ports have been ordered closed
